Yoga is a several thousand year old practice that means "to join". It is not only a great option to keep the body healthy, strong and flexible, but also to improve the mind and spiritual connection. Living the yoga lifestyle can decrease stress, improve blood pressure, strengthen your core (without ever doing a crunch again!) and help you to be more present in your every day life.
There is a form of yoga for EVERYBODY! Young, old, flexible, inflexible and those with physical limitations. If you have not found a variation of yoga that you love . . . keep looking! There are so many options. There is a teacher and a class out there for you, and I hope to be one of them!
